JOB DESCRIPTION

• Based in Surabaya, East Java
• Have a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Independent and self-starter, with the drive to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Meticulous, good organizational and problem solving skills
• Must have a cordial personality and people oriented as the position requires daily interaction with agents and colleagues in Indonesia and Singapore
• Must be customer oriented and possesses excellent customer relationship skills
• Experience in Aviation industry is preferred
• IT and Microsoft Office literacy
