HRD STAFF

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Monitoring & Handling Recruitment
• Monitoring of Process Hiring
• Control the Employment Agreement Process
• Handing Internal Issue
• Analyzing Resources Needs based on Project
• All HR task (attendance, leave application, asset & tools)
• Report to HR Manager 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): microsoft office, negotiation skill, employee and labor relations, recruitment & placement.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in JLN. DUKUH KUPANG TIMUR GG 16 NO. 44B,SURABAYA.
• Able to handle HR issue by following the Manpower Department Regulation
• Detail oriented, assertive, able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Have strong critical thinking and analytic skills, fast learner, and responsible
• Proficient in MS office applications is a must
• Available to join immediately
• proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging timelines
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
