Kepala Bagian Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Providing accurate financial reports within specific deadlines
• Making sure that tax regulation is well observed
• Developing relationship woth external contacts, such as auditors, government authorities, bankers, etc
• Leading the work subordinates
• Manage full spectrum of finance operation including Account Payable, Account Receivable, Treasury and Sales Reconciliation
• Improve efficiency of finance operation through innovative process improvement and automation
• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
• Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecast
• Develop and maintain system and procedure for all finance related operations
• Implement and monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that organizational risk are minimized 

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum education Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting, Banking or any other related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position
• Able manage AR, AP and company expenses, budgeting
• Experience with Accounting Program and ERP
• Able manage cash flow & budget
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English both oral and written
• Able to speak mandarin has an advantage
