JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to analyze local, regional and national market for new property product
• Able to make Feasibility Study
• Able to make marketing plan and budget for new project

Requirements: 

• Maximum Age 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Engineering with GPA 3.0
• Have a minimum 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Excellent in communication skill, interpersonal skill with strong analytical ability, high attention to details, and pleasant personality
• Able to work under pressure and tightly deadline
• Have a good skill of presentation
• Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
